I've managed to get the tops off two bottles and really enjoyed them but they are very hard to open. Don't know if you have a solution for this.

I really noticed a difference when I forgot to order another back of kefir waters for one of my chemo rounds. I have now made sure I have enough for my next (and final) round of chemo. It has really made a difference to help rebuild my digestive tract post chemo. Tried some new flavours last time and loved them all. Highly recommend.
