I’m starting to improve my gut health. These glasses are so valuable because they are slow-fermented for flavour and function. Two mouthfuls a day is all you need. So it lasts a while. Absolutely recommended.
Love your product just started training for another iron man which is always hard on your stomach but Ive noticed all ready the difference in my stomach after a long training day
