Salad doesn't have to be boring...

Here’s a delicious recipe for a Summer Quinoa Salad we LOVE. It's refreshing, nourishing, and full of probiotic goodness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • ½ cup diced red pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ½ an avocado
  • A handful of toasted pine nuts
  • A generous serving of Wildly Turmeric and Lemon Kraut
  • Drizzle of avocado oil
  • Optional - protein (such as chicken, tofu, prawns)

Toss all of the ingredients together and you’re done! It could not be more simple.

The Turmeric and Lemon Kraut is so fresh and adds a delicious zingy flavour boost, as well as being amazing for your gut.
