Got leftover potatoes in the fridge? This Kraut Mash is the perfect way to turn them into something hearty, quick, and full of gut-loving flavour.

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 large cooked potatoes (roughly mashed)
  • 1/2 cup Lemon and Turmeric Kraut
  • 2 tsp capers
  • A handful of olives (we used garlic-stuffed for extra punch!)
  • A generous drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

  • In a large bowl, roughly mash your cooked potatoes - don't worry about them being perfectly smooth!
  • Stir in the Kraut, chopped olives, capers, and olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
