Wildly Shrubs are a vinegar based fruit syrup, also known as drinking vinegars or sours.
They're made with unpasteurised organic apple cider vinegar which has been matured in French oak barrels then carefully hand blended with a mix of raw fruit and botanicals.

Wildly Botanical Shrubs are a live cultured, raw fermented wellness syrup that needs to be kept in the fridge.
They will last up 6 months opened or unopened. They can reach you with an 8 week to 5.5month best before date.

Our shrubs make excellent salad dressings, due to the base of super smooth barrel aged apple cider vinegar, there are salad dressing measurements on each bottle.
They also make great additions to marinades as the vinegar has a tenderising effect due to the naturally occurring acetic acid.
