Looking for a comforting and flavourful lunch option? Try our Kimchi Toastie, a creation from our very own Wildly family member, Molly. This isn't just any toasted sandwich, it's packed with a delightful kick from our kimchi.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of fresh sourdough bread
  • Sriracha mayo
  • Roasted asparagus
  • Spring onion
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Wildly Kimchi
  • Butter for toasting

Instructions:

  1. Assemble: Layer the sriracha mayo, roasted asparagus, spring onion, cheddar cheese, and a generous helping of our kimchi between the sourdough slices.
  2. Toast: Butter the outside of your sandwich and toast it in a pan over medium heat until golden and crispy.
  3. Enjoy: Allow the toastie to cool slightly before diving in to enjoy the melty, spicy goodness.
