Kimchi Toastie Recipe
Looking for a comforting and flavourful lunch option? Try our Kimchi Toastie, a creation from our very own Wildly family member, Molly. This isn't just any toasted sandwich, it's packed with a delightful kick from our kimchi.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of fresh sourdough bread
- Sriracha mayo
- Roasted asparagus
- Spring onion
- Cheddar cheese
- Wildly Kimchi
- Butter for toasting
Instructions:
- Assemble: Layer the sriracha mayo, roasted asparagus, spring onion, cheddar cheese, and a generous helping of our kimchi between the sourdough slices.
- Toast: Butter the outside of your sandwich and toast it in a pan over medium heat until golden and crispy.
- Enjoy: Allow the toastie to cool slightly before diving in to enjoy the melty, spicy goodness.
