Wildly Water kefir is a delightful fermented, live cultured, naturally sparkling beverage.

Very low in sugar, less than 1 gram of sugar per serving, and made with real fruit, no additives, or artificial flavours, and no force carbonation!

Made in the Wildly fermentary on the Matakana Coast of New Zealand.

Keep in the fridge and use within a week of opening. Being a living and alive beverage, the shelf life is not long, it will arrive to you with anywhere between 6- and 12-weeks shelf life, unopened.

Serving suggestion:

Drink me straight or for a grown-up cocktail pour me over ice, add a nip of your favourite spirit with a slice of lemon.

Disappointing Customer Service

Really disappointed with the customer service.

After a week I reached out to ask if something had happened to the overnight delivery, they followed up and then found out that something had gone wrong and would have to resend. The parcel was resent, however there was no sorry for the inconvenience caused which would have been nice in the three emails received. The drinks were actually purchased for a function for that weekend but as it did not turn up, when asked if it could be refunded instead of being resent. No reply to that email.

Love the brand the drinks and Kimchi and charcoal are personal favourites and we always highly recommended to family and friends, so as a regular purchaser from this company I just felt it was a bit sad to receive the customer service like this.
